Diane Sullivan Oban ConsultingDiane is the Principal Consultant and Managing Director of Oban Consulting Pty Ltd.  Diane has extensive health service executive management and wider organisational experience.  As principal consultant for Oban Consulting for over 10 years, Diane has successfully completed strategic and operational planning and reviews, organisation restructures, accreditation and compliance, risk management, financial management and human resource and capital redevelopment projects within Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations and mainstream health, community and aged care organisations. Having worked with Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations for many years, Diane has a respectful and inclusive approach to capacity building and problem solving within the organisations she works with.

Diane is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, A Fellow of the Australia Institute of Management an Associate Fellow of the Australian College of Health Service Executives, an Accredited Mediator and Dispute Resolution, appointed to the Department of Social Services (Formerly Department of Health & Ageing) Administrator Panel and Advisor Panel, a Registered Nurse, Registered Midwife, and Certificated Operating Room Nurse and has qualifications in Not-for-Profit Organisation Management. 

Diane's current governance experience includes Board member and Chair of South Eastern Palliative Care Ltd, Board member and Chair of the Clinical Governance Committee of Gippsland Medicare Local Ltd., Member of Rumbalara Elders Facility Advisory Committee, External Advisor on Clinical Governance for Inner South Community Health Service, and various Board subcommittee positions.  Diane provides governance education and assistance for Aboriginal organisations, Rural Health Services and Aged Care Organisations.

Janine Jamison

Janine is a Consultant and Director of Oban Quality and is an Associate Consultant for Oban Consulting.

Janine has Administrative and financial qualifications and expertise, with over 20 years experience in various commercial and industry based information technology applications.  Her expertise extends to HR, administration and continuous improvement audits and data analysis.  Janine has experience working with aged and community care organisations for several years and has completed Aged Care Standards and Accreditation Agency's education programs and has a comprehensive understanding of outcomes across national health, aged care and community care standards with a strong focus on continuous improvement.  Janine has experience working in new, established, non-compliant and sanctioned facilities to develop, repair and improve their document control systems including creating tools and systems required for continuous improvement and risk management.
